District Collector Kona Sasidhar has appointed one official to each prominent Saiva Kshetrams in the district and took all measures to provide hassle-free darshan to all devotees. About 415 special RTC buses have been arranged to Polathala Mallikarjuna Swamy temple in Pendlimarri mandal; Siva temple in Lankamala forest area, 27 km away from Sidhavatam; Sangameswara temple near Animela village; Sri Veerabhadra Swamy temple in Alladupalle kshetram, 4 km away from Mydukur; Sri Triteswara Swamy temple near Rajampet; Veerabhadra Swamy temple in Rayachoti; Sri Tripura Sundari Devi and Sundareswara Swamy temple near Pullamma Mori between Proddatur and Jammalamadugu; Baireshuni Kona in the forest of Bhairavakona; Chandramouliswara temple, Vaidya Natheswara, Bheemeswara, Trikuteswara Swamy temples in Pushpagiri, popular as Dakshina Kashi; and other temples in the district.
