Suryapet: Former Minister Ramreddy Damoder Reddy has criticised Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao and State government over the celebrations of formation days of new districts and demanded reply from the government over its achievements post reorganisation of districts.
Addressing the media in Suryapet on Tuesday, Reddy said the government was wasting lakhs of rupees of public money in the name formation day celebrations.
Alleging that the government was working in favour of realtors instead of people by selecting Collectorate sites at inaccessible places, he questioned Energy Minister G Jagadish Reddy and CR over the selection of site at inaccessible place in Kuda Kuda road for the construction of Suryapet Collectorate, instead of place near Nalla Cheruvu in the town.
He further advised the government to rethink over the shifting of Collectorate. He further sought the State government’s explanation over ignoring the Telangana Liberation Day celebrations and conducting districts formation day celebrations on a grand note.
In Kodad, TDP State leader Bollam Mallaiah Yadav has fired salvos on KCR over ignoring the poll promise of eradicating of flourosis issue in Nalgonda district. Addressing the media on Tuesday in Kodad, he opposed the conduct of districts formation day celebrations.
