Attending as the chief guest at the programme, State Seed Development Corporation Chairman Kondabala Koteshwar Rao said that Dr B R Ambedkar, who drafted the Indian Constitution, had provided rights to Dalits and to the downtrodden people. Dr B R Ambedkar was a great personality, who wished that SCs, STs, BCs and minorities, who play a key role in the economic growth of the country, must get equal share in wealth, resources, budget and land.
