Hyderabad: Nizamabad TRS leaders including MP, MLAs and others demanded Chief Minister and Party Chief K Chandrashekar Rao to take disciplinary action against the Rajya Sabha member D Srinivas for anti party activities.

The TRS leaders wrote a letter to the Chief Minister alleging that D Srinivas was working against the party by supporting his son D Arvind, who is in BJP. The TRS leaders alleged that D Srinivas was willing to join Congress and he was in touch with the Congress leaders in Delhi.

The TRS leaders further alleged that D Srinivas was doing nothing while his son was talking against the TRS government day in and day out. ''Srinivas is working against TRS in the district only to promote his son,'' said the TRS leaders in the letter.

The TRS leaders said that D Srinivas was of no use for the party. Srinivas is a rejected leader as the people have voted against him in the last three elections, said the TRS leaders. ''Even though he was a defeated leader the CM was kind enough to give him Rajya Sabha seat and cabinet rank post but he is working against the party hence disciplinary action should be taken against him,'' said the TRS leaders.
