After the hospitals shunned the Aarogyasri services from Dec 1, the Aarogyasri trust CEO P Manik Raj called on the officials of Telangana Network Hospitals Association (TANHA) on Sunday and said that they will sanction Rs 150 crore as an interim relief and assured to grant another Rs 150 crore by the end of December.

Raj further promised to settle the pending dues by the end of the financial year. With respect to the move, all the 230 hospitals which boycotted the services have decided to resume the services.

All the 230 private hospitals and 70 public hospitals in Telangana which had tied up with the government stopped the Aarogyasri services protesting against Rs 1200 crore pending bills.
