New Delhi: BJP is all set to win in Assembly elections in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh while it appeared to have an edge in a hung assembly in Delhi, various exit polls on television predicted on Wednesday.

As polling ended in the national capital, marking the completion of polls in what is considered the semi-final before the general elections, new entrant AAP appears to be playing the role of a spoiler notching up to 18 seats in the 70-member Delhi Assembly.

According to the polls, the BJP is well ahead on the road to retaining power in Madhya Pradesh and wresting it from Congress in Rajasthan while being ahead with a slender lead in Chhattisgarh.

CNN-IBN-CSDS-The Week survey gave 136-146 seats to BJP in the 230-member Madhya Pradesh Assembly and 45-55 in the 90-member Chhattisgarh Assembly. Congress is slated to get 67-77 in Madhya Pradesh and 32-40 in Chhattisgarh.

In Mizoram, only TimesNow-C-Voter survey said Congress is in for a shock getting only 19 seats and MNF-MPC alliance getting 14 seats and ZNP getting five seats.

'Today's Chanakya' gave a clear majority to BJP with 161 seats in Madhya Pradesh, 51 in Chhattisgarh and 147 in Rajasthan, while it gave Congress only 62 in Madhya Pradesh, 39 in Chhattisgarh and a meagre 39 in Rajasthan.

Times Now-C-Voter also gave BJP lead in all the three major states, with 128 in Madhya Pradesh, 44 in Chhattisgarh and 130 in the 200-member Rajasthan Assembly. The survey gave Congress 92 seats in Madhya Pradesh, 41 in Chhattisgarh and only 48 in Rajasthan.

In Delhi, the survey predicted a hung Assembly, with 29 seats to BJP, 21 to Congress and 16 to AAP.

India Today-ORG is the only survey which gave a clear majority to BJP in Delhi giving it 41 seats and limiting ruling Congress to a mere 20 seats and AAP to just six. Times Now-C Voter Survey gave BJP 29 seats, Congress 21 and AAP 16.

ABP-Nielsen projected BJP as getting 37 seats, Congress 16 seats and AAP 15.

'Today's Chanakya' gave 29 seats to BJP with a plus minus margin of 9 seats, 10 seats to Congress with a plus minus margin of 5 seats and a whopping 31 seats to AAP with a plus minus margin of 9 seats. According to the surveys, the Congress will fare badly in Rajasthan, where BJP led by Vasundhara Raje is coming back to power with a bang notching up seats from 110 to 147 in the 200-member assembly. Polls were held for 199 seats.

India Today-Org exit poll predicted 110 seats for BJP, a gain of 32 from the last Assembly results and 62 seats to Congress, which is losing 34 seats. C Voter-Times Now showed BJP winning 130 seats while Congress 48 only.

The CNN-IBN-CSDS-The Week gave 126 to 136 seats to BJP in Rajasthan and 49 to 57 seats to Congress with others getting 12 to 20 seats.

In Madhya Pradesh, the India Today-Org exit poll gave BJP 138 seats and Congress 80 while in Chhattisgarh, it gave BJP 53 seats and Congress 33. In the ABP-Nielsen survey, Congress and BJP were given 44 seats each in Chhattisgarh with others ending up with two seats.

In Madhya Pradesh the survey gave BJP 148 seats, Congress 80 and six seats to BSP, while in Rajasthan, it gave 147 seats to BJP and 39 seats to Congress with others getting 14 seats.

The "exit poll of polls" shows the BJP winning 4-0 in Chattisgarh, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. In Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal's party makes an extra-ordinary debut.

The results below are an average of the exit polls conducted by different agencies.

Rajasthan: The poll shows the BJP evicting the Congress from power. The half-way mark for the state assembly is 100. The BJP lands 130, the Congress just gets 50.

Madhya Pradesh: The BJP and Shivraj Singh Chouhan return to power for a third term. The half-way mark for the state assembly is 115. The BJP grabs 141, the Congress gets 77.

Delhi: The half-way mark is 35; the BJP gets 34. The Congress gets 17. Arvind Kejriwal's Aam Aadmi Party makes a strong debut with 17 seats.

Chhattisgarh: The BJP and Raman Singh return for a third straight term. The half-way mark is 45, the BJP gets 50, the Congress gets 37.
