Ajay Roy, the petitioner, has brought into the notice of the honourbale judge that in the affidavit submitted by Narendra Modi, he had not mentioned the details about the income, PAN No and other details pertaining to his wife Jashodaben.

Also, the petitioner made a complaint that Modi had exceeded the limit of 70L in the election campaigning expenditure. The petitioner also mentioned that Modi’s image was imprinted on the T-shirts and caps distributed among the masses, which was against the norms of the election code.
