The court has rejected the bail. The jayalalithaa's lawyer Jatmalani made his arguments to consider the age and health of the prisioner. he made his argument that Jayalalitha should go to foreign for her treatment.
This fake news that bail was aprroved brought back the smiles on the AIADMK activists faces and the entire Tamilnadu back to celebrations. But later the bomb shell of bail rejection was dropped by the high court of Karnataka.
Jaya has been in the jail since 27th September.
Even though, the prosecution in this case didnt shown any opposition on the argument of Jaya health made by Jatmalani was in vain as the court stood firm not to provide bail
