Mumbai: Priya Shehbaj Rathod, an independent candidate, from the Mumbadevi constituency launched a scathing attack on the pseudo secularism of Congress. She blamed them for neglecting the upliftment of the community over the years.
Addressing media persons, Priya Shehbaj Rathod attacked the seating legislator Amin Patel of Congress has neglected the century old constituency. "Just take a round of this Mumbadevi constituency and you will see garbage littering everywhere, there are no public toilets, no drainage systems. The people of Mumbadevi constituency have been fooled in the name of development. In fact, Amin Patel has done his own upliftment for five years and the people have been taken for granted."
Priya Shehbaj Rathod urged residents to come out and vote for a change and support for the development of the Mumbadevi constituency. "Its now or never. People should teach a thorough lesson to the Congress-NCP for taking people for granted in the name of development," she said.
