Bihar cheating Scandal takes a new turn An Rs 100 note was found attached to the answer sheets revealing the method the children use to pass their exams.
Just a month after a video surfaced showing people hanging onto three to four storey exam buildings to pass on chits to their respective wards that put Bihar to shame globally, another shocking turn has come up showcasing the pathetic state of the education in Bihar.

Soon after the video surfaced, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar spoke on the cheating scandal that the cheating students cannot dominate the merit of the talented students in Bihar.
But the state of the professors in Bihar is not quite good either with a Maths evaluator crediting with a theorem, when asked about Pythagoras, the Greek Mathematician. Another teacher failed to spell Mathematics while an English teacher, evaluating the English paper couldn’t spell Shakespeare.
