Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Sanjay Singh, Kumar Vishwas and Ashutosh were also present in Kejriwal's delegation.

"Ask the administration if they have stopped us," Sanjay Singh told the media on being stopped outside Bishada village.
The AAP delegation was escorted by the police to Aakash Ganga guest house in Dadri.
