to change, we need to be positive and loving to ourselves.
Other people's opinion about us should not stop us from breaking our comfort zones. Goal is to have harmony inside. Easiest way to break a comfort zone is to start doing the opposite, even if it appears to be difficult.
Each of us is a powerful soul and all of us have the same amount of will power, we choose how much to use. The more we use it, the more we will experience it.
