New Delhi (PTI): Indian paddlers expectedly swept all the four team gold medals on offer on the second day of the South Asian Junior Table Tennis Championships at the IG Stadium here on Sunday. India routed Sri Lanka 3-0 in the cadet girls' finals after Aakula Sreeja from Andhra Pradesh gave a 1-0 lead defeating Pavani Sirisena 11-2, 12-10, 11-5. Sagaraik Mukherjee and the duo of R Harshavardini and Sagarika Mukherjee consolidated the lead. Sri Lanka finished behind India by winning the four silver medals, while the bronze were shared by Bangladesh. India's results were a foregone conclusion and the new crop of players lived up to the expectations.
