CM KCR’s Orders to Demolish Illegal Constructions Implemented. On Tuesday, the second day of demolition of illegal constructions at Ayyappa Society, there was a tussle between the GHMC officials and the local MLA.
Hyderabad: On Tuesday, the second day of demolition of illegal constructions at Ayyappa Society, there was a tussle between the GHMC officials and the local MLA. The Sheringampalli MLA Arekapudi Gandhi opposed the demolitions. He urged the GHMC commissioner to stop the demolitions. The officials in return resisted the same.
Gandhi was arrested by the police. Gandhi addressed the media in this context and said that TRS Party has been behaving in a revenge taking manner. He said that the GHMC officials have spared the TRS Party leaders’ homes and was behind only on other residential units. He demanded for the regularisation of lands if the same were purchased unknowingly.
From the other end, KCR, the Chief Minister of Telangana, has instructed the GHMC officials and gave orders to demolish the illegal constructions under the Gurkul Trust. As part of the same, the under construction Building at Ayyappa society has been demolished. The people over there have been frightened with unforeseen happenings with their dwelling units.
