While Novatel was allegedly assigned these lands by the then Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, YS Rajasekhar Reddy, the late Chief Minister of erstwhile Andhra Pradesh, has also done the same, but with a change of allocating the same to his close allies, allegedly.
