KK, Rapolu Ananda Bhaskar Take up 18F Clause in Rajya SabhaNew Delhi: K Keshava Rao, the only TRS MP of Rajya Sabha, on Thursday taken up the issue of division of employees between the two Telugu states in the Upper House, soon after the commencement of the Thursday session at 11 a.m. He raised his concerns over the guidelines provided by Kamalanathan Committee for division of employees between Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. He said that the administration in either state has become stalled due to the procrastination of the process of division of employees. Further, he said that 18F clause in Kamalanathan Committee guidelines was against the wishes of employees of Telangana.

Rapolu Ananda Bhaskar also raised a similar concern and said that many doubts concerning the employees’ division have been in force even from the appointed day of Telangana and explained about the quandary over the division of top grade employees. Answering the same, the minister concerned said Pratyush Sinha committee specially appointed for the distribution of IAS/IPS officers.
