Warangal: Van hits stationary lorry; 3 killed

Hyderabad: Early on Monday, a minivan thumped a stationary lorry parked by the side of the road, near the police station at Vardannapet in Warangal district. In this incident, as many as three people died on the spot, while the condition of two others is critical. It is learnt that the minivan was high speeding and became irrepressible at the time of the accident. The deceased have been identified as the people hailing from East Godavari district. The police rushed the spot and made arrangements to shift the victims. Also, a case has been booked and the police have been investigating the matter. More details in the matter are awaited.

From the other end, on Monday morning, on the Naidupet national highway, near Nendragunta pond of Pakala Mandal in Chittoor district, an unidentified vehicle rammed into the people who were on their way to Tirumala by the mode of walking. In this incident, two people were killed on the spot, while another person was hurt. The deceased have been supposed as those hailing from Tamilnadu.
