CM to inaugurate national kho-kho for under-14 today
Collector M Veera Brahmaiah on Tuesday instructed officials to make fool-proof arrangements for Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao’s district visit on Wednesday.
Karimnagar: Collector M Veera Brahmaiah on Tuesday instructed officials to make fool-proof arrangements for Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao’s district visit on Wednesday.
He, along with SP Shiva Kumar, inspected arrangements for KCR’s tour at Alphores Junior College in Kothapalli, on the town outskirts.
Brahmaiah told officials that the CM was visiting Karimnagar to inaugurate the national under-14 kho-kho competitions. He said KCR would arrive here at 11 am and leave by noon. “The CM would be taking part in the inaugural function for one hour.” The Collector inspected the college grounds, dais and other arrangements. He visited the helipad being set up near the Kothapalli lake. He asked the R & B department officials to complete the helipad and barricading works at the earliest.
Karimnagar MP B Vinod Kumar, MLAs Gangula Kamalakar were present.
