Minister launches ‘Palle Melukolupu’
Minister launches ‘Palle Melukolupu’, Forests Minister Jogu Ramanna launched ‘Palle Melukolupu’ programme at the Tribal Welfare Ashram High School in Salugupalli village of Bejjur mandal on Monday.
Adilabad: Forests Minister Jogu Ramanna launched ‘Palle Melukolupu’ programme at the Tribal Welfare Ashram High School in Salugupalli village of Bejjur mandal on Monday. He inspected the facilities.
Later, Ramanna inspected buildings at Gurukul School at Gannaram,on the outskirts of Kagaznagar. After coming to know that some buildings were lying vacant, he assured to use them to use. He was accompanied by Adilabad MP Nagesh and MLA Koneru Konappa.
The Minister visited the Boys and Girls Ashram High Schools run by the Tribal Welfare department at Asifabad. He expressed anger over unhygienic conditions and expressed displeasure over the absence of assistant tribal welfare officer and staff. He warned of action if they repeat the mistake.
Later, the Minister visited the Government hospital and interacted with patients. He asked them about medical services being provided at the hospital. He also inspected children’s ward and x-ray machine at a room.
