Hyderabad: Telangana government’s Chief Secretary Rajiv Sharma conducted a review meeting in secretariat on Swine Flu control in the city. Gandhi hospital super indent and swine flu Nodal officer were also present during the meeting.
170 swine flu cases were recognized in this month alone. 51 patients were tested in Narayanguda IPM and 25 people among them were tested positive for the virus.
7 people died because of Swine flu in this month. 60 victims were currently being treated in Gandhi, osmania and other private hospitals. Children and pregnant ladies are getting easily infected by the virus.
