A two-judge bench of the High Court at Hyderabad comprising Chief Justice Kalyan Jyothi Sengupta and Justice PV Sanjay Kumar on Friday refused to interdict with interim orders the on ongoing legal battle between the Telangana government and the APSCHE. The bench as reported earlier is dealing with the ongoing controversy of the bank account with the State Bank of Hyderabad at Shanthinagar in the city.

The action of the bank is challenged by the APSCHE. The Telangana government contended that the AP government and the APSCHE must not operate the account. The bench heard K Ramakrishna Reddy and P Venugopal, the Advocates General of the two states and posted the case to February 25.
