Proposing focus on irrigation, Mission Kakatiya, benefits for poor and downtrodden he allocated 25 percent of the amount on salaries and pensions; 53, 600 Crore to ST Sub Plan; 11, 126 Crore to Education; 88, 900 Crore to SC-Sub Plan and 4, 250 Crores to loan waiver scheme presented in TRS election manifesto.
Major priority was given to electricity and agriculture in Etela Rajender’s financial budget.
