A day after getting bail from the Hyderabad High Court in the cash-for-vote scam, Telangana TDP MLA Revanth Reddy walked out of the Cherlapally prison on Wednesday. The TDP MLA was released from the jail nearly a month after he was arrested.

Thousands of Revanth Reddy's supporters and TDP activists waited outside the jail to welcome him. Soon after coming out of the jail, Revanth Reddy launched a blistering attack against the TRS Government and CM K Chandrashekar Rao. "I got bail, KCR got fever. They foisted a false case against me," he said.

During his speech, Revanth Reddy lost his cool and got abusive. He also dared the TDP MLAs, who switched loyalties to the TRS, to resign from their posts and win again. As Revanth Reddy's vehicle was heading home, scores of supporters followed him on two-wheelers.
