TRS government is all set to go under the scanner as the opposition parties are gearing up to highlight the government’s failure in waiving crop loans for farmers.

Congress on Tuesday launched the Rythu Bharosa Yatra to lend support to the farmers who are ridden with debts and console the families of the farmers who have committed suicide. Telangana TDP working president Revanth Reddy condemned Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao’s move to grant Rs 40,000 crore for water grid project instead of
waiving crop loans. TPCC working president Uttam Kumar Reddy too has come forward against the state government and criticized over opposition MLAs suspension from the Telangana Assembly who raised their voice against farmers’ suicides.

Now, Opposition has given a deadline to the TRS government to issue an official notification on one-time settlement of crop loans, else a bandh will be called on October 10.
