Brick kiln owner attacks labourers

Enraged over the incident, about 200 labourers went to Peddapalli labour officer to register a complaint but in vain. As the office was locked due to government holiday, they decided to meet the District Collector.
They were again attacked at Suglampalli by owners of about 20 brick kilns while the workers were proceeding towards the district headquarters by foot.
