Justice C V Nagarjuna Reddy of the High Court at Hyderabad directed the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation to demolish portions of two buildings owned by family members of K P Vivekananda MLA of Qutubullapur constituency of the city.
The buildings were constructed in violation of the sanctioned plan. The judge also directed the authorities to file a report along with photographs in proof of such demolition by June15 before the Registry.
