To achieve top ranking among other States in the area of ‘ease of doing business’ in the country, the Telangana State Industries Minister KT Rama Rao has come out with an action plan which includes a meeting with all concerned departments every fortnight.
Hyderabad: To achieve top ranking among other States in the area of ‘ease of doing business’ in the country, the Telangana State Industries Minister KT Rama Rao has come out with an action plan which includes a meeting with all concerned departments every fortnight.
The minister on Saturday held a meeting with the officials of Industry, Municipal Administration and Urban Development, Energy, Law and Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) and discussed the issues and hurdles facing the State in inviting more investments in the industrial sector.
As part of the action plan, he asked the Energy officials to adopt the long pending SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system in the power supply in GHMC area by June end this year.
Uploading master plans of all the municipalities, constitution of commercial courts and dash board for every department to ascertain the status of industrial projects would be taken up on war-footing.
The improvement in the ranking in ease of doing business would depend on the performance of all the departments which were mandated to fulfill all norms, the Minister added.
