​Warangal:GWMC deputy mayor Khaja Sirajuddin and deputy commissioner Sahid Masood have reviewed the arrangements to be made at religious places for Eid-ul-Fitr.
At a meeting at the corporation office here on Thursday, the deputy commissioner, Masood, directed the officials to launch measures to keep masjids, eidgahs and graveyards clean.
Reviewing the progress of works at eidgahs at Peddammagadda, Lashkar Bazar, LB Nagar, Chintal, Ursu and Fort Road, he said the bushes along with the approach roads to the places should be removed and eidgahs have to be whitewashed. Deputy mayor Sirajuddin told sanitary staff to lift the garbage at the eidgahs everyday until the festival.
