Telugu students belonging to Telangana state, studying medicine in Ukraine, met with watery grave while playing beach volleyball on Tuesday.
Hyderabad: Two Telugu students belonging to Telangana state, studying medicine in Ukraine, met with watery grave while playing beach volleyball on Tuesday.
According to information reaching here, the deceased were identified as Shivakanth Reddy and Ashok Murthy, both residents of BN Reddy Nagar of Hayathnagar.
Both were in the final year of medicine and were expected to complete their course in few months.According to information, some friends, including Shivakanth and Ashok were playing volleyball on the beach.
Mukesh was swept away by the high waves. Noticing their friend being washed away, Shivakanth and Ashok jumped into the sea and saved him. Even as they brought their friend to safety, in a split second another big tide hit them and pulled them in.
