Mallapur: Protesting against Bethi Subhash Reddy’s candidature for Uppal constituency, senior TRS leader Nandikonda Srinivas Reddy undertook a rally at Mallapur on Sunday.
“In spite of making several requests to the party high command, it gave a ticket to Subhash Reddy, ignoring my valuable services rendered with dedication,” he lamented. Nandikonda urged the party chief K Chandrashekar Rao to intervene and consider his candidature in view of his experience and seniority. He said the party must roll back its decision to field Subhash Reddy, and if not, he would even contest as an independent candidate in the constituency.
