Jana Reddy launches election campaign in Sagar

Gurrampodu(Nagarjuna Sagar): Putting an end to the rumours of his shifting of constituency from Nagarjuna Sagar to Miryalguda, senior Congress leader K Jana Reddy launched his election campaign at Mosangi village and Gurrampodu Mandal head quarters and Tripuraram of the Nagarjuana Sagar constituency on Thursday.

As many as 2,000 Congress party workers took out bike rally during Jana reddy tour in Gurrampodu. At the same time as many as 800 workers of various parties joined Congress.

Addressing the gathering, Jana Reddy said the parties who have no guts to face him in elections are spreading the rumors about him. He confirmed that he is contesting from Nagarjuna Sagar constituency, which has given political life to them.

He explained the failures of TRS government in its four years term and Congress’ assurances mentioned in the manifesto prepared for the upcoming Assembly elections.

He urged the people of Gurrampodu, Mosangi village and Tripuraram to bless him once again to make the constituency a role model in the State. In this campaign his son, aspirant of party MLA ticket from Miryalguda Kunduru Raghuveer Reddy and local party leaders participated.
