3-day Arogya Fair in city from today
Arogya Fair, a threeday event for the promotion of Ayurveda, Yoga, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathyat HMDA Grounds near Necklace Road,is set to begin on Friday The PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry PHDCCI, in association with the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India and Government of Telangana, is organising the fair
Necklace Road: Arogya Fair, a three-day event for the promotion of Ayurveda, Yoga, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathyat HMDA Grounds near Necklace Road,is set to begin on Friday. The PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI), in association with the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India and Government of Telangana, is organising the fair.
K Chandrashekar Rao, the Chief Minister, Shripad Yesso Naik, the Union Minister of State (Independent charge), Ministry of AYUSH, will grace the fair. Dr Lakshmi Prasad of Sri Visista Super Speciality Ayurveda Hospital said, “People are looking towards alternative treatment and the Ayurveda offers remedies for lifestyle diseases.”
Drug manufacturers, healthcare product manufacturers, health food producers, medical practitioners, hospitals, clinics, research institutes, health and fitness systems, naturopathy centres and lab equipment and machinery would be present at stalls. Vivek Seigell, Principal Director of PHDCCI, said, “There is a great need to harness the areas of Ayurveda, Yoga, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy.”There is no entry fee along with medicine and consultation.
