Seminar on role of madarsas today
Department of Persian, Maulana Azad National Urdu University MANUU in collaboration with National Council for Promotion of Urdu Language NCPUL, New Delhi, is organising twoday national seminar on March 6 and 7 The theme of the seminar is The Contribution of Madarsas in Promotion of Indian Culture, Civilization, Science Arts With Reference to Persian, Arabic and Urdu Literature
Gachibowli: Department of Persian, Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) in collaboration with National Council for Promotion of Urdu Language (NCPUL), New Delhi, is organising two-day national seminar on March 6 and 7. The theme of the seminar is ‘The Contribution of Madarsas in Promotion of Indian Culture, Civilization, Science & Arts (With Reference to Persian, Arabic and Urdu Literature)’.
The inaugural session will be held on March 6 at the library auditorium at 10.30 am.
Maulana Khaleel Ahmed, Vice-Chancellor, Jamia Nizamia, will be the chief guest and Dr Mohammad Aslam Parvaiz, Vice-Chancellor, will preside over the inaugural session. Prof Hasan Abbas, Director, Raza Library, Rampur, will deliver the key-note address.
Shah Nawaz Qasim, CEO, Telangana Wakf Board, Raheemuddin Ansari, Chairman, Telangana Urdu Academy, Maulana Khaled Saifullah Rehmani, Vice-Chancellor, Al-Mahad Al-Aali, Dr Rizwana Zareen, Principal, Jamiatul Muminath, Hyderabad, and Dr Syed Nisar Hussain, member of Telangana Wakf Board will be the guests of honour.
