The general body meeting was held with the representatives of PEPSI Warangal unit under the leadership of Allam Nagaraju here at the PEPSI district office in Hanamkonda.

Attending as a chief guest, S Malleshwar appealed to the people of Perika community to vote for Perika candidates for gaining political power in panchayat elections irrespective of political parties to strengthen the Perika community in the State.

He urged various political parties to allot maximum number of seats to the people belonging to Perika community during the gram panchayat elections.

He, along with the representatives of PEPSI, felicitated the Godikoppula Sharath who has been selected for National Cricket Team (under-19) apart from handling over Rs 44,000 for his Sri Lanka tour to take part in the match.

President of the Chamber of Commerce D Kumaraswamy, Jayashankar Bhupalli district FCC president P Buchhaiah, Sriram Ravi, D Ramesh, Keerthi Rathan Purskar Award winner B Lakshman and representatives of PEPSI K Vijay Kumar, Satish Kumar, S Jagadishwar, Dhanujay, Dharmendra, Rajendra Prasad and Harishankar were present along with others.
