Warangal: The district Congress leaders have reportedly decided to keep away the portraits of chief minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy and the state Congress chief Botcha Satyanarayana during the victory rallies being held here. It might be noted that district Congress leadership has decided to launch a series of ‘Victory Rallies’ across the district trying to capitalise the CWC decision to accord statehood to Telangana region. A meeting was held at Narsampet town in the district on Saturday where the DCC chief D Madhava Reddy, BC Welfare Minister Baswaraju Saraiah, Union Minister of State for Social Justice P Balaram Naik and others took part.
