Extensive research in studying the market was a must for the business organizations from their competitors, said senior director Indian school of Business, Hyderabad Prof. V. K. Menon. Stating various examples he explained how to maintain uniqueness in product with that of the competitors in today's world. He delivered a keynote address at a national seminar on 'Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC)' at Alluri College of Management Sciences here on Friday. About 600 students and faculty members from various colleges attended the inaugural of seminar. Registrar of Kakatiya University Prof. Sayulu narrated the importance of changing marketing environment and how organizations should think about promoting their products through Integrated Marketing Communication. Prof. K. Omprakash, chairman board of studies Prof. Omprakash spoke on various strategies to attract more customers in present day's competitive environment and also to keep pace with latest trends in marketing the products. The college secretary and correspondent Dr. Banda Prakash explained the importance of the seminar. Prof. K Raji Reddy and K Viswanantha presided over for technical sessions. Dr. G Sithamber Swamy, head, department of business management, Prof. KV Satya Prakash and others were present.
