IRCTC responded quickly and the vendor, P. Sivaprasad has been removed from his contract and even got a penalty of Rs. 1 lakh slapped on him. He reportedly employed the persons we see in the video.
Two of them are said to be the illegal hawkers and they have been removed as well. Secunderabad Railway Zone, spokesperson said that the IRCTC and mainly SCR is committed to give the best quality facilities to its passengers and they have been working on removing all illegal hawkers from the station premises.
