Yes, you have read it right! The winter has come; not in our part of the world, but in the fantastical Westeros – The continent of seven kingdoms; The North - House Stark; The Vale - House Arryn; The Riverlands - House Tully; The Stormlands - House Baratheon; The Westerlands - House Lannister; The Reach - House Tyrell and The Principality of Dorne - House Martell. This is the place where all the action of 'Game of Thrones' is set. Each noble from these houses wants to claim the Iron Throne to rule the Westeros, in other words, rule all the seven kingdoms.

The trailer of the long-awaited final season has dropped recently, and as anticipated it broke the internet. The trailer created a record of sorts for HBO for the most viewed trailer of a TV series. Within the first 24 hours, the trailer was combinedly viewed 81 million times across the social networking sites such as YouTube Twitter, Facebook, amongst other platforms.

The breathtaking 2-minute-three-seconds trailer, like always, has managed to keep the audience on the tenterhooks and leave them asking for more towards the end. The trailer showcases all the prominent characters of the epic series – Arya Stark (Maisie Williams); Jon Snow (Kit Harrington); Emilia Clarke (Daenerys Targaryen); Cersei Lannister (Lena Headey); Jaime Lannister (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) among many others.

And by the looks of the trailer, it seems like Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen are just like a couple now! However, it is not like dropping a bomb, we have been teased since the start of the show about the relationship between the King of North and Mother of Dragons, so the audience was not really surprised that they wound up as a couple. However, the audience hopes that the show makers mention AzorAhai (a legendary figure in the faith of R'hllor, the Lord of Light. Thousands of years ago, he forged the sword Lightbringer, which he used to defeat the darkness of the Great Other) in the final season.

The fantasy genre has always captivated people across the globe and the skullduggery in GoT along with the no-nonsense storyline has kept the audience hooked to the show, plus, every actor in the series has been fantastic!

So far, the reports say that the final battle is going to be bigger than the battle of Helm's Deep and many fans are looking forward to witnessing the carnage. After all, who can forget the epic and glorious 'Battle of Bastards'

English actor Kit Harington, who dons the role of Jon Snow said in an interview, "The last season of 'Game of Thrones' seemed to be designed to break us. Everyone was broken at the end. I don't know if we were crying because we were sad it was ending or if we were crying because it was so f**king tiring. We were sleep deprived. It was like it was designed to make you think, 'Right, I'm f**king sick of this."

Revealing that Jon Snow might be in love in the upcoming season Kit said, "The end of the world might be coming soon, but at least he's in love with somebody and knows who he is — and then comes a sledgehammer."

While on the other hand Emilia Clarke, who portrays the role of the mother of dragons Daenerys Targaryen, said, "There's so much she's seen and witnessed and been through and lost and suffered and hurt. She's been working for this her entire existence."

There are so many fan theories about how the series will end. While everybody is in the guessing mode Joe Jonas, the boyfriend of Sophie Turner, who plays Sansa Stark and brother of Priyanka Chopra's husband Nick Jonas knows the ending of the most-awaited-show of the century.

Turner in an interview said that it was very hard to keep all the secrets to herself, so she couldn't do it anymore and revealed it to Joe Jonas. "I've just told Joe [Jonas]. But he's so mad at me—he loves the show. Well, I have to tell someone, otherwise, I'll burst."

Every season of GoT brings with it, various fan theories and analysis, discussions and contemplations on who is going to die next, what is going to happen, etc. This is a world-wide phenomenon, and this time too fan world is abuzz with stories, fan theories and alleged spoilers.

Closer home, Telugu actor, the 'Goodachari' fameAdiviSesh, who follows the show religiously said, "I was watching Kit Harington's interview and he said that the ending they have is not what people are possibly predicting. So, now I am curious."

The series is woven so well, and you fall in love with the characters and with an unexpected twist you see your favourite character dying in the most heroic way or in a most gruesome way. Who does AdiviSesh thinks will die this season? "Cersei is definitely going to die this season."

"For the longest time, Jaime Lannister was my favourite character, because I thought that from a bad person, he turned into a good person, which was quite interesting. Lately, I think in the previous season, Jaime was kind of set aside and he had not much to do," he added.

On who will rule in the end, he guessed, "I think Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen will rule the seven kingdoms in the end."

However, Sesh is not going to miss the show when it ends. "I am pretty excited, but I am not a crazy fan like others. I think it is quite a well-done show, I don't know if I would miss the show because it's been two-and-a-half years since the last season."

Actress Lavanya Tripathi informed that she is huge of the show."I like Jon Snow, and I am happy that Daenerys Targaryen and Jon Snow are a couple. I so want Tyrion to die, but I feel Arya will die. I am reallyexcited for the season finale because I am one of those persons who doesn't check Twitter or Facebook. That way I avoid spoilers of the show. I don't want to know anything before the show as I want everything to be a surprise for me. Last year, I used to watch the show at 3 am after my shoot. Now, I think the season will be at a different level and I hope and wish that these seasons are shown on theatre screens as it is not meant to be watched on small screens."

Lavanya predicted that Jon Snow will rule the seven kingdoms. "It is definitely Jon Snow, who will sit on the Iron Throne. I am feeling sad that GoT is going to end. After the season finale, I am going to read the books on which the show is based.

Telugu actress Rakul Preet Singh said that she tried watching the show twice but could not watch because of her hectic schedule.
"I am one of those people who is not been able to watch 'Game of Thrones'. I have tried it twice, but I could never finish it. People asked me to give it some time, but with the busy schedule, the last thing I want to watch is something so intense, so I am not planning to watch it. I am not a person, who can get to watch fantasy, I watch a lot of serious shows, but something that doesn't exist doesn't connect with me. I was never a Harry Potter fan too, so I don't want to watch 'Game of Thrones'.

Upendra Varma, the director of the Telugu web series 'B. Tech', who is an ardent fan of the show said, "I like Tyrion Lannister because I think he is funny and extremely cool. I really like his acting and I want to look at him when he acts, he is pretty much a favourite character of mine in the whole series."

About Jon Snow and Danny, he said, "I want to see how Jon Show will react when he gets to know that the mother of dragons is his aunt. I think Sansa will die this season, but it's pretty tough to predict about deaths in GoT. Jon Snow might be the ruler of Westeros as he comes from both the families."

'Game of Thrones' Season 8 will premiere on April 14.
