Apple’s WWDC 2020, the first prominent online event of the year is all set to begin tonight on June 22, 2020.

Apple is all set to host its first big online event of 2020 — WWDC. WWDC- World Wide Developer Conference is an annual event where Apple displays its big software updates to all its devices, which includes iPhone, iPad, MacBook, and Watch. Generally, Apple doesn't launch any hardware at WWDC but it is known to surprise us with something or the other. This is what we can expect from Apple at WWDC 2020.

1. iOS 14 for iPhones: New features and extensions


The new iPhones will bring along iOS 14 but Apple will give hints on what to expect. According to the rumours, a revamped fitness app, new home screen widgets and certain tweaks to iMessage are expected with iOS 14.

2. iPadOS: Identical features to iOS 14


The first dedicated OS for iPad was launched by Apple at last year's WWDC. This year iPadOS 14 may get a few upgrades on the lines of iOS 14.

3. WatchOS 7: Fresh features for Apple Watch


We expect the sleep tracking feature to roll out to Apple Watch with watchOS 7. It is rumoured that a Kids mode may also come with watchOS 7.

4. macOS: MacBook's new features


Very less is known about what macOS will bring this time. However, here and there for MacBook devices we can expect a few tweaks.

5. ARM chips for MacBook: Apple could say 'bye' to Intel processors


Apple might switch to its own ARM chipset for MacBook. These new ARM chips can improve the performance of future MacBook devices. Though, we don't expect any new MacBook to launch with ARM.

6. An all-new iMAC may be launched


Apple may launch a new iMAC with a new display. Rumours hint that a 23-inch iMac is what Apple has been working on and might display it at WWDC 2020.

7. New 4K Apple TV


It's been quite a few years since Apple has upgraded Apple TV and WWDC 2020 might just be the right platform for it. It is expected that an upgraded 4K model of Apple TV could come along with a better processor.

8. Apple AirTags


So many software updates have hinted at the arrival of a Tile-like Apple device. Expected to be called Apple AirTags, the tracking device could be launched at WWDC 2020.

9. Apple AirPods Studio


Apple is known to launch the one device that you don't expect. It may be the AirPods Studio, Apple's first over-the-ear headphones, which is expected to launch this year in 2020.
