BRS MLCs Tata Madhu and Naveen Reddy have received relief in the case concerning inappropriate remarks made against Telangana Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar. The Nampally Court in Hyderabad rejected the plea for their remand.

However, the court ordered them to furnish a personal bond of ₹10,000 along with two sureties. The court directed the police to release the MLCs once the sureties were submitted.

Following the court's order and the submission of the required sureties, the police released Tata Madhu and Naveen Reddy.
