Speaking on this occasion, he said that BJP was protecting the age-old traditions like worshipping cows whereas parties like Congress were making unnecessary comments. He also stated that Congress had no right to comment on political developments in Maharashtra. He ridiculed the attempts made by other parties to gain power in the state.
