Collector Ronald Rose directs suspension of 8 KGBV resource persons at summer camps
District Collector Ronald Rose during his surprise visit to Kasturba Gandhi Balikala Vidyalayas (KGBV) schools in Nawabpet mandal of Mahbubnagar and Maganuru madal of Narayanpet districts, found that some of the teachers who were working on outsourcing basis have exhibited utter negligence towards their duties and have failed to attend the summer camp duties on time.
Mahbubnagar: District Collector Ronald Rose during his surprise visit to Kasturba Gandhi Balikala Vidyalayas (KGBV) schools in Nawabpet mandal of Mahbubnagar and Maganuru madal of Narayanpet districts, found that some of the teachers who were working on outsourcing basis have exhibited utter negligence towards their duties and have failed to attend the summer camp duties on time.
Because of the negligence of the teachers, the students, who were supposed to learn various extracurricular activities like dance, drawing, yoga and various other activities as part their summer camps from April 15 to May 30, were deprived of learning.
Holding them responsible for showing utter negligence, the Collector directed the concerned district education officers of Narayanpet and Mahbubnagar to suspend five resource persons at working at Maganuru KGBV in Narayanpet district and three contract teachers at Nawabpet KGBV who were found not attending the summer camps regularly to improve the quality of education for the students .
