According to the press release issued by the AICC general secretary K.C. Venugopal, Sama Rammohan Reddy has been nominated from the Mahabubnagar-Rangareddy-Hyderabad Graduates’ constituency and Ramreddy Sarvotham Reddy from the Nalgonda-Khammam-Warangal Graduates’ constituency.

Congress party has announced the candidates from Graduates’ constituencies for the biennial Telangana Legislative Council polls.
According to the press release issued by the AICC general secretary K.C. Venugopal, Sama Rammohan Reddy has been nominated from the Mahabubnagar-Rangareddy-Hyderabad Graduates’ constituency and Ramreddy Sarvotham Reddy from the Nalgonda-Khammam-Warangal Graduates’ constituency.
In this connection, the Telangana Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) has announced the schedule for preparation of new electoral rolls for conducting the next poll for filling up the two vacant MLC seats from the Graduates’ constituencies.
As per CEO Telangana schedule, notice inviting applications for preparing new electoral rolls was published in the official gazette on September 28. The notice was also re-published on October 15 and again on October 25. November 6 is the last date for receipt of applications in Form-18.
Preparation and printing of the draft electoral roll will be done on November 20, 2023, and its publication will be done on November 25, 2023.
