According to Inspector Venkataiah, Tirpala Lingaswamy (36), a native of Kommaiguda of Ramannapet mandal in Nalgonda district was posted at Madannapet police station a year ago.
On August 7, Lingaswamy is learned to have abused a woman based on her caste. Based on the complaint lodged by the woman, the police took Lingaswamy into custody.
