Patancheru: Medak MP Kotha Prabhakar Reddy said on Thursday that the State government was striving to ensure development, with all facilities, of every village. 'It is working for providing basic facilities in rural areas', Reddy stated while speaking at a function in Janakampet, of Ameenpur mandasl, where local MLA Gudem Mahipal Reddy distributed five tractors.

The MP stated that people of Patancheru were fortunate to have a development-oriented MLA like Mahipal Reddy. He asserted that more development was now taking place in Telangana than that witnessed during the previous governments.

The MLA had purchased the tractors with his own funds to meet the needs of Janakampet, Ilapur, Ilapur Thanda, Dayara, Vadakapalli Gram Panchayats. Addressing the gathering, he said despite the economic slowdown development was taking place in Patancheru constituency with the blessings of people. Those who attended the function included local MPP Erla Devanand, people's representatives, besides TRS party activists.
