Karimnagar: The former president of Telangana Sahitya Academy and famous poet, Nandini Siddha Reddy released the book 'Gamyam Cheredhaka' written by Ishrath Sulthana under Samakya Sahithi, here, at Film Bhavan in Karimnagar city on Thursday.
Speaking on the occasion, Nandini Siddha Reddy said that words and letters have the ability to win the coronavirus. The culture which was inherited by the people, if inculcated in the poetry, then one can create wonders. A person needs to have a kind heart primarily to become a poet and most probably, the poetry which was inherited from the mothers will last for a longer time, she said.
The book 'Gamyam Cheredhaka' and poetry of Ishrath Sultana is unique and has moral values. Poems that have power to win the desires will always be welcomed by the society, she added.
General secretary of the Samakya Sahithi KS Ananthacharya, A Gajendar Reddy, V Prabhakar, Malaya Sri, A Sujatha, A Padma Shri, Sabiha Sultana, N Anitha, K Rama Krishna, N Srinivas, M Haridasu, Shashi, Kiranmayi and B Lakshmaiah were present along with others.
