Khammam: CPM leaders paid to homage to party district committee member and district secretary of Vyvasaya Karimka Sangam Vedagiri Srinivas Rao who died of illness on Tuesday in Khammam.
Party's State secretariat member Pothineni Sudharshan and district secretary Nunna Nageswara Rao along with the other members of the party Ponnam Venkateswara Rao, K Venkateswara Rao, Y Srikanth, B Lenin and M Bharathi visited the departed person's house and paid their respects.
Speaking on the occasion, they recalled the services of Srinivas Rao to the party and added that the party had lost a good leader. They said he played a key role in strengthening the party in Wyra constituency.
