Married woman, boyfriend commits suicide in Mahbubnagar
A married who has gone missing from her in-laws' home was found hanging along with her boyfriend here at Nawabpet of Vikarabad district on Wednesday morning.
Getting into details, Meena, a native of Gollapally village of Chevella mandal of Sangareddy district was in a relationship with Karthik of the same place belonging to another community. However, Meena's parents forced her to get married to a man from Maheshwaram last week.
Meena has gone missing from her in-laws home since Tuesday afternoon and was found hanging along with her boyfriend from a tree at Poolapally village outskirts of Nawabpet mandal. Villagers who found the couple hanging alerted the police who reached the spot and investigating the case.
They shifted the dead bodies to a hospital for post-mortem. A case has been registered.
On February 13, 2020 - two lovers committed suicide after a quarrel over some petty issue. They were identified as Sirisha and Venkat. The duo is said to have had a fight over phone following which Sirisha hanged herself from a ceiling fan at her home in Gopalapatnam. On learning the incident, Venkat too committed suicide by hanging himself from a tree at Kancharapalem.
