A Big Blow To TDP: Jupudi Prabhakar Rao Joins YSRCP
Former MLC Jupudi Prabhakar Rao shifted his loyalty to YSRCP. Jupudi on Tuesday joined the party after meeting chief minister YS Jagan.
Former MLC Jupudi Prabhakar shifted his loyalty to YSRCP. Jupudi on Tuesday joined the party after meeting chief minister YS Jagan. He is also accompanied by Rajahmundry Urban MLA Akula Sathyanarayana, who recently resigned from Janasena. He made his political debut as an MLC from the Congress in 2009. He then became a close friend of YS Jagan and was instrumental in establishing the YCR congress party.
Jupudi Prabhajar contested as the MLA from Kondepi on behalf of the YCP in the 2014 elections. However, he lost to TDP candidate and joined the TDP. Jupudi Prabhakar Rao has been appointed as the Chairman of the SC Corporation. Off late, Jupudi has been avoiding party activities for some time after the recent TDP defeat in the last elections, Jupudi joined YSRCP.
