Party activists to stage dharnas at Collectorates across State on Dec 28 in support of agitating farmers

Rajamahendravaram: Jana Sena Party (JSP) Political Affairs Committee chairman Nadendla Manohar has said that the party extends its support to Amaravati as State capital and there is no second thought on it.

Speaking to reporters here on Sunday, he said the party right from the beginning has been demanding that Amaravati should remain as capital, as it is centrally located in the State.

Meanwhile, the JSP will take a decision after discussing within the party over the relocation of High Court to Kurnool, he said. The senior JSP leader said that the YSRCP government miserably failed to fulfill the demands of the farming community in the State and its shattered their dreams.

The JSP will organise dharnas at Collectorates across the State on December 28 expressing solidarity with the agitating farmers and protesting the failure of the State and Central governments in addressing the problems of the farmers, he said.

Manohar said the JSP always stands by people and fights for resolution of their issues.
